TERMS OF USE
These Terms govern your access to and use of all services available on the www.AestheticAttitudePhotography.com site (the "Service") operated by Aesthetic Attitude Photography LLC, me, Janneice Kelley.
Your access to my Services is subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all terms and conditions contained herein and all other rules and operating policies published and that may be published from time to time by me.

The Agreement does not transfer any of our intellectual property or that of third parties to you, and all right, title and interest in such property shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Aesthetic Attitude Photography LLC and its licensors (between the parties).

Accounts
Where the use of any part of my Services requires an account, you agree to provide me with complete and accurate information when opening the account.

If you wish to terminate the Agreement or your Aesthetic Attitude Photography account, you may simply stop using my Services.
All provisions of the Agreement that by their nature are intended to survive termination, shall survive termination, including without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
Disclaimer
My Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Aesthetic Attitude Photography LLC and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Neither Aesthetic Attitude Photography LLC nor its suppliers and licensors warrant that my Services will be error-free or that access to them will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download or obtain content or services through my Services at your own discretion and risk.
Jurisdiction and applicable law
Except to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Agreement and any access to or use of my Services will be governed by the laws of the United States.
The proper venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to the Agreement and any access to or use of my Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wayne County.
Changes
Aesthetic Attitude Photography LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
If I make any material changes, I will notify you by posting them on our website, or by sending you an email or other communication before the changes become effective. The notice will set out a reasonable period of time after which the new conditions will take effect.
If you do not agree with my changes, you must stop using my Services during the notice period indicated or as soon as the changes become effective.
Your continued use of my Services will be subject to the new terms.
